LCS standard engineered rolling tarp system identified with an aluminum or mirror stainless front bulkhead provides quick ground level operated load covering for general freight, metal or building products. the Windmaster GR8LOOK - Aerodynamic Flat Top Modular Tarp System
LCS GR8LOOK re-engineered the Industry's flat top, flat front bulkhead to reduce Wind Drag, leading to enhanced fuel efficiency, prolonged tarp life and provided driver safety with a more stable pulling trailer.
The GR8LOOK can be identified with its tarp color matching 10" fiberglass molded top fairing with molded side legs, Std. aluminum or optional mirror stainless front wall.
CFD tested with a 45" Gap between Truck & Trailer traveling at 65MPH in comparison to a 100" high flat front alum. bulkhead, LCS GR8LOOK reduced Wind Drag by 6% while enhancing Fuel Efficiency by 3%. GR8LOOK is Aerodynamic Alternative Bulkhead to the LOOK.

the Windmaster SMARTLOOK - Aerodynamic Flat Top Modular Tarp System
In 2015, LCS undertook designing a full wrap fiberglass aerodynamic nose fairing which sets ahead of the trailer front sill for an optimum overhang of 20". With a 45" gap between truck & trailer and comparing to a Flat Aluminum Bulkhead at 100" high traveling at 65 MPH, LCS successfully reduced wind drag by 12% and enhanced fuel economy by 6%. Operators have 100% full deck utilization with all customized cargo control storage set ahead and off the deck inside the Windmaster.

the Windmaster SLIDEKIT - Aerodynamic Dome Top Modular Tarp System
In 2008, LCS took to designing a new rolling tarp system for hauling dedicated round metal coils which would offer a choice over the current flat top systems. The SLIDEKIT™ would be streamlined & contoured to the shape of the load, weigh less then a flat top while offering substantial wind drag reduction. Optimum system height for hauling 72" coils is 66" sides with 24" arch, equalling 90" center height. CFD testing confirmed Wind Drag reduction of 11.89%, and 5.98% Fuel Efficiency
